Cafe Campesino & GA Roasters
From bean to banjo
A big part of Banjo’s coffee story is shaped by the partners we work with every day, especially Café Campesino and our Georgia Roasters.
Café Campesino has been a pioneer in fair trade, organic coffee sourcing for decades. Their work is rooted in long-standing relationships with coffee farming communities, ensuring ethical practices, transparency, and direct connection from origin to roaster.
Café Campesino is a Georgia-based pioneer in fair trade and organic coffee sourcing.
For decades, Café Campesino has worked directly with coffee-growing cooperatives around the world, building relationships centered around sustainability, transparency, and equitable trade practices.
These partnerships create a stronger connection between farmers, roasters, and cafés like Banjo, allowing us to serve coffee that reflects care at every level of the supply chain.
Through our partnership with Café Campesino, we’ve had opportunities to learn more about coffee at its source, including visiting coffee-growing communities in Guatemala.
Seeing the process firsthand deepened our understanding of how much care, labor, and collaboration goes into every cup. From harvesting and processing to drying and exporting, coffee is shaped by countless hands before it reaches the café.
These experiences continue to influence how we source, serve, and talk about coffee at Banjo.
